To those who are following this, I apologize. I know I've been slacking lately and that's largely due to classes getting under way and me finding myself swamped under work. :( I went to the gym today (Sept. 2) after feeling worn down, here's what I did:
Cardio warm-up : 20mins + 5min cooldown = burned 194 cals
Stretch: 7mins
Bike: 6min intensity workout = burned 75cals
Stretch: 5 mins
Core Ab exercises: ~15mins
Stretch: 5 mins
I also met up with my potential new personal trainer today (JD @ East Shore Athletic Club) and am excited to really get this workout goal in action! BTW current weight is down to 130 (only 4lbs from the start, but that's largely due to stress/stress-eating).
On a positive though, I've quit drinking sodas and sugary drinks!!! I've kept that promise up!
