Day 1 in Review

Breakfast:  Multi-grain Cheerios with fat free milk
Lunch: Grilled chicken
Mid-afternoon: Clif bar and water with Crystal light
Dinner: Clif bar and water with Crystal light

Activities:  After a bit of frustration today, I decided to go out to the rec center and play some soccer with two guys I met on the field.  A bit of cardio mixed with footwork and juggling.  After that I proceeded to go to the tennis courts next door and work on some serves and do some sprint work with change of direction.  All in all, it was a pretty productive day...  Hope I can keep it up tomorrow and do some more training!
