Mid Week, Week 2

Hey guys...  So I weighed myself this afternoon and to my surprise I have already made my weight loss goal for this week.  I am currently 232.5 which is a 1.5lb loss from my weight last week!  The best part is, it's really been because of simple dieting changes and working out semi-regularly that I've lost this weight!  Thanks to all those who are following this blog and have submitted ideas or encouragement through facebook, it has helped motivate me to continue to strive even when other things are stressing me out right now.  I hope to keep up the good dieting and including more exercise routines on a regular basis.  Good new though:  Thursday I get my gym membership so I can really get my butt into gear.
