Hey guys!
I have decided to create a blog (my first one) to track my progress as I try to improve my health and fitness this upcoming year. I will post my exercise routines, diet ideas and plans, as well as other physical activities as I go along. The overall goal is to lose 50lbs over ~30 weeks, with an overall weight goal of 175lbs. This means I have to approximately lose 1.67lbs a week. I will also post my weight loss/bmi numbers at the beginning of each new week (probably Sundays). Feel free to follow me as I try to achieve this goal and leave feedback, encouragement, and health/diet ideas along the way!
