Breakfast: Chicken, egg & cheese on sunflower wheat bagel from Chick-Fil-A and a water with crystal light
Lunch: Grilled Chicken salad from Jim N' Nicks followed by a Freshberry tart yogurt with graham cracker and strawberries.
Dinner: Probably a Clif bar and water with crystal light
I opened at American Eagle this morning and got off at to 2pm. I am waiting for it to cool down before I probably head to the tennis courts and/or soccer fields again today.... Going to try and work on sprints, change of direction drills, and increasing my endurance with more cardio. Hopefully I'll be able to work on some free kicks, juggling, and dribbling/shooting techniques
