Week 1

After getting off to a good start to the week, I ended on a bad note by going out on Thursday & Friday night...  I also didn't get to workout as much as I wanted to.  Although my dieting and limiting of sodas and sweet tea has gotten better, there is still much more room for improvement.  I got an average of 234 this week.  Which will be my starting point to try and lose this weight...  I hope to average 1.5-2lbs weight loss a week, while doing some muscle toning exercises and continuing my dieting plan.  I have an orientation session this Thursday (19th) in which I will get my gym membership, then I can start the weight training and more intensive cardio!

All I need now is a workout buddy/drill-sergeant who is going to push me and keep me motivated at the gym!!
